Defines how the Combat VFX and SFX are spawned, stored in DT_CombatEffects. The combat effect are first defined by the animation set of the character, but it will use the Weapons’ if one is equipped.

The Effect is chosen based on the hit tag event. By default there is only two, Hit when the attack hits or HitBlock which is when the attack is blocked.
