Animation Syncs are stored in DT_AnimationSyncs

Animation are used for finishers, or gameplay actions like stealth kills or backstabs.
Many settings are available, most are self descriptive, some details:
- Move Options - The move to the target settings, some extra offset, if it will use motion warping, etc
- Tags to Add - Tags that will be added for as long as the sync is playing, useful to add for example the invulnerable tag.
- Tag - The tag of this sync, useful for identification
- Input Action Check - Only plays the sync if this Input Action is true, check ‣
- Extra Prevention Tags - Check if both characters do not have these tags.
